Dreams and reality

Lately i havent been able to tell my dreams and reality apart. I've had problems with this since i was 11 but now its worse and i cant figure it out at all. I dont know if this is normal or im just a depressed person and this is a hallucination. Has this ever happened to anyone else?No one is trying to help me anymore. Im supposed to get a higher dose on my meds but i dont like meds and i dont like them being upped. ._.
Can someone help me?
